Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil Mix the crumbled cheese with the oil. Whisk in the remaining ingredients and serve.
Greek Vinaigrette 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil Whisk all together or place in a jar and shake to combine. Store in the refrigerator. Pomegranate Vinaigrette 1 cup pomegranate juice In a stainless steel or enamel saucepan, boil the pomegranate juice for 10 minutes, to reduce to about 1/3 cup. Use the lowest heat setting that still allows the juice to boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Whisk before serving or place in a jar and shake. |
